The 'Starbucks Lover' cold brew cocktail will blow your socks off.

The 'Starbucks Lover' cold brew cocktail will blow your socks off.

Forget Espresso Martinis; drink this instead.

Move over espresso martinis; this is the coffee cocktail you should be making. First off, it tastes better. Second, making for a single serving or in a large batch is much easier.

It works great for a brunch pick-me-up cocktail or as the drink for the 1989 course of a Taylor Swift Eras-themed dinner party.

It’s a straightforward cocktail. It’s easy to make as a single serving or in a giant batch for serving. It’s a slightly sweet, creamy, but balanced cocktail.

What’s the Taylor Swift connection?

In the song Blank Space, there is an all-time most misquoted line. The majority of fans (including Taylor Swift’s mom) thought the line was:

All the lonely Starbucks lovers

Spoiler alert it is not. Taylor even teased her fans about it on Twitter in a since-deleted tweet, saying:

The actual lyric makes more and less sense at the same time. The verse goes:

If the high was worth the pain
Got a long list of ex-lovers
They'll tell you I'm insane
'Cause you know, I love the players
And you love the game
