Let’s make the Speak Now cocktail to celebrate Taylor’s new album. The Speak Now cocktail is the perfect summer cocktail to sip on while listening to Speak Now (Taylor’s Version".)
Ingredients:
- Empress Gin: 1 ½ oz
- Limoncello: 1 oz
- Lavender Simple Syrup: 1 oz
- Lemonade: 1 ½ oz
- Tonic water: a splash
- Garnish: Lemon Wedges/ Lavender
Directions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the gin, limoncello, lemonade and simple syrup
- “Shake it off” for 30 seconds
- Fill cocktail glass with ice
- Pour the cocktail over ice
- Top it with a bit of tonic water
- Garnish with lemon wedges and lavender
